
Purchasing Quality & AI Engineer, Mobility Aftermarket Division
About the role
1. AI Engineering
- Lead automation initiatives within the Automotive Aftermarket by transforming manual procedures into end-to-end automated processes using advanced bot technologies.
- Responsibility for integrating AI systems into existing IT environments
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and foundation models (e.g., AI Agents, LLMs, Machine Learning, Computer Vision) to scale automation.
- Design, process, and visualize data to build robust reporting systems, KPIs, and automation solutions utilizing Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
2. Supplier Quality Management

Manage and execute approval processes for new suppliers and products (e.g., PPAP, APQP) in strict accordance with automotive and internal standards.

Conduct comprehensive supplier evaluations and quality audits based on performance-driven metrics.

Develop, implement, and monitor strategic measures to sustainably improve supplier performance.

Act as a dedicated mentor and strategic partner for key suppliers to foster long-term collaboration.

Ensure the timely renewal and system-wide update of all relevant supplier certifications.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI technologies, with a strong focus on deploying foundation models (e.g., GPT, Claude) via APIs, combined with solid data science expertise.

Prior experience in the Automotive, Technical Products, or Trade Goods sector is highly desirable.

Proficient or highly familiar with workflow automation software (Power Automate, Automation Anywhere), data analytics tools (KNIME), application development (Python, Power Apps), and AI Agent frameworks (e.g., Claude Code).

Strong strategic mindset with proven ability to drive purchasing quality excellence within a complex, matrixed organization.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Awareness of local and international procurement regulations and standards.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, collaborate across global teams, and demonstrate strong team-player qualities.

University degree in IT, Data Science, Digital Business Management, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese and English is essential. Additionally, familiarity with other languages such as commonly used in East Asia would be considered a valuable asset.

Demonstrated flexibility and readiness to undertake domestic and international travel to support supplier quality management, supplier visits, and cross-regional collaboration.
