We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join our Charlotte‑based HR team. This summer internship (3 months with option to extend) offers hands‑on exposure to strategic, enterprise‑level HR initiatives and the opportunity to work directly with the Director of HR and a team of highly experienced HR Business Partners.
This is not a “shadowing” internship — you will contribute meaningfully to real HR projects that influence how the business operates, develops talent, and drives change.
What You’ll Work On
As an HR Intern, you will support and contribute to several high‑impact HR initiatives, including:

Data alignment and reporting

Support job family and functional alignment work in Compensation

Assist with analysis, documentation, and structure refinement for HR KPI's

Early Talent Programs
-
Provide administrative and operational support for early talent initiatives

Assist with program coordination, tracking, and continuous improvement

Change Management
-
Support change and communication activities related to an 80/20 business system implementation
-
Assist with stakeholder materials, tracking actions, and adoption metrics

Talent Management
-
Support internal talent management processes
-
Assist with data preparation, presentation materials, and roll‑ups for senior executive reviews
You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and gain exposure to how HR supports leaders across the business.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- Undergraduate standing (sophomore, junior, or senior preferred)
- Comfortable working in a professional, on‑site office environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfort with data, AI Tools and presentations is a plus
