• Support market and customer research activities by collecting, structuring, and conducting preliminary analysis of data
• Assist in maintaining customer databases, CRM records, and opportunity tracking documents
• Collaborate with Sales and Proposal teams in preparing presentations, reports, and related documentation
• Contribute to the preparation of business development and marketing materials, including company profiles, reference lists, and event content
• Provide support for administrative and documentation processes related to business development and reporting
• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Interest in business development, sales processes, market research, and industrial projects
• Comfortable working in a digital environment with basic computer applications
• Good command of MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Basic knowledge or interest in visual content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Da Vinci Resolve, etc.)
• Interest in camera usage, video recording, and basic filming techniques
• Analytical mindset, structured working style, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and good command of English
