• Responsible for:

• Business data collection & consolidation

• CF/BP Capex/department cost center planning

• MCR system expert to support project managers about IGPM MCR system planning

• MCR system expert to provide ideas for PM to deal with various budget-related issues

• Overall Sample GR tracking & sample management

• Biweekly overall resource tracking

• Monthly Field-analysis project tracking

• Monthly Time-recording tracking to make sure 100% recording on time

• Monthly CP-performance report coordination

• BCSC contact window for Monthly payment/PO tracking

• Quarterly License reporting & LTAA topics

• Support :

• CF/BP R&D planning

• Basic data clean/ analysis and reporting

• Key project R&D tracking

• Personality & Work Ethic: Meticulous, reliable, and detail-oriented. Capable of delivering high-quality results under multitasking and project milestone pressure. Proactive learner with a strong willingness to ask questions.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant finance work experience preferred.
• Language: CET-6 certified, with fluent written English and basic spoken English communication skills.
• Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in formulas (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.), conditional formatting, and chart creation. Able to independently design and maintain Pivot Tables for multi-dimensional cross-analysis.
• Other Competencies: Strong resilience and adaptability. Quick to master Bosch’s internal budget planning system and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional collaboration environment. Clear logical thinking, ability to break down problems, courage to raise questions, organized written expression, and good data analysis awareness. Strong sense of ownership.
