The Bosch JMP ( in short for Junior Managers Program), is an exclusive program which develops highly qualified young professionals to assume management responsibility, pathing them for corporate success. During this 18-24 months program you will engage in diverse training opportunities and be enrolled in an established mentoring system with our experienced top leaders. You will be part of the diverse talented team in Bosch Rexroth Malaysia and your focus shall be on driving the Rexroth regional business, with the opportunity to work on strategic topics with the top leadership team. Together with the team, you drive the digital transformation of a conventional business and deliver high performance solutions to our customers.
