The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

Essemtial:

'- SPC & Process Capability study

• Strong Problem solving skill e.g. 8D, Shainin etc.
• Proficient with Analytical Quality tools
• Proficient with IATF Core tools (PFMEA, Control plan)
• Strong Knowldege of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Quality systems
• Proficient Comunication skill

Desirable:

'- Experience in Automotive part quality

• Knowledge of Braking system in 4 wheelers
• Certified IATF Auditor
• Exposure of VDA6.3 Audit system
• Risk based thinking
• Good Presentation skill

Bachelors in Engineering (B.E or B.Tech) in Mechanical / Production )
