Roles and Responsibilities

Support for Daily Operations: Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings based on business objectives. This includes preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile and analyze business and market - related data, including sales figures, market share, and customer requirement, feedback etc. Prepare regular reports for the management to draw a clear picture of market performance and trends, supporting strategic planning and business development.

Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the commercial vehicle industry. Collect and analyze relevant data to provide insightful reports and recommendations.

Follow-up and tracking of key milestones: Establish and maintain key milestones according to different requirement and priority.

Support for Marketing Activities: Assist in the planning and execution of various marketing campaigns, such as trade shows, seminars, and product launches. This involves coordinating with vendors, preparing promotional materials, and managing event logistics to ensure activities run smoothly and effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with all truck company functions esp. engineering, sales, and marketing departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with the company's overall objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to achieve cohesive and effective business outcomes.

Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or science related field is preferred;

Industry Experience: Familiarity with the vehicle industry. Knowledge in electrification and chassis systems industry, knowledge of relevant technologies and market trends is essential. 4-5 years work experience in product marketing, strategic marketing will be preferred;

Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and market research capabilities are necessary to quickly identify market opportunities and provide valuable insights. Familiar with digital tools to analyze, modelling for daily operation will be an advantage;

Communication Skills: Logic, structured and content-based. The ability to communicate effectively with good interpersonal skill, able to communicate with business partners, team members, and external partners is crucial for this role.

Execution Ability: Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver tasks on time with high accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work on multi-tasks with prioritization;

Language Skills: English proficiency and excellent skills in written and verbal are required;

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with prior experience in the automotive industry or related technical backgrounds will be given priority. Proficiency in powerpoint, power-BI design or animation design will also be considered a plus.
