About the role
-
Identify, evaluate, motivate, and drive new business opportunities for RB MEMS sensors in CN

Analyzing competitors and market trends (new legislation, applications, customers, and markets)
-
Building market intelligence by attending trade fairs and performing customer interviews / meetings

Preparation of business field analyses, market and competitor profiles in close coordination with business unit headquarters
-
Developing recommendations for management regarding necessary portfolio adjustments and other required measures based on customer feedback or technical and economic assessments.

Developing and coordinating market entry strategies and recommendations for action for new products or product segments with the technical experts and the business unit / headquarters
-
Identifying potential customers or partners and driving business relationships through successful commercialization in close collaboration with sales, engineering, and business units.

University degree, e.g. engineering, microsystems technology, physicist or comparable background
-
Min. 5 years working experience in the automotive/CE semiconductor or sensor industry
-
Solid technical understanding in semiconductors, sensors, sensor applications and use-cases
-
Skilled at market and competition monitoring in sensor technology / semiconductors / MEMS
-
Skilled at technical and commercial evaluation of product and technological trends and very good understanding of customer requirements and pain points

Proven ability to define and derive commercial and technical product requirements

Ability to work with ambiguity in high dynamic teams and global environment

Advanced English skill both in written and oral, German an advantage
