About the role
Major Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Business development with focus on Factory automation (Electric Drive & Control, Linear Technology & Assembly Technology) products with existing & New Channel partner network.

Achieving the sales and distribution goals in the assigned Zonal area by ensuring strong and market making channel partner network, Product Portfolio management and driving growth projects
.

Establish a good financial discipline across the channel partner network through a meticulous policy deployment, increased market reach through necessary network expansion and if required territory realignments.

Market Intelligence & Analysis of competitors for formulating after market strategies & localized scheme.
-
Develop strategies for the acquisition of new markets and accounts

Increasing Sales & Product penetration by improving Breadth and depth of distribution, On boarding & development of new potential channel partners
-
Develop & nurture sales leads to fill opportunity funnel, ensure healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet sales targets, ensure customer receivable monitored and collected well within agreed targets.

Techno-commercial offer with coordination with technical group.

Play a key role in driving marketing and promotional activities i.e. Loyalty & Reward Programs etc.

Ensure company policy implementation & compliance's adherence across the value stream

Knowledge is a must in Industrial Automation products (Servo Motors, Drives, Motion control, PLCs, VFDs), Instrumentation
-
Experience is a must Handling Channel Partners: Distributors, System integrators / solution providers , OEM / End user Sales.
