Warfighting Functional Analyst:

As a Warfighting Function (WfF) Analyst, you’ll use and bring your analytical, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and MDMP expertise as you work as member of an Operations Group on projects for the training program. You’ll support an Operations Group with the planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of the program. You’ll be a trusted advisor to the military client, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex Operations Orders, SOPs, policies, processes, or instrumentation related to Warfighting Exercises, Risk Reduction Events, and steady state operations. Write Operations Orders as required. Use all current and future analytical tools available to produce AARs. Serve as the program POC and leverage expertise producing digital SCP, as required produce orders x-walk, and when feasible cross train as Workstation controller.

You Have:

• Experience with the US Military as senior NCO, WO, or Officer

• Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level, such as Executive Officer, S-3, or Operations Sergeant Major

• Experience with Army and Joint regulation and publications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint software

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• Graduate of Military Education Level (MEL) 4, CGSC, Warrant Officer Training, or SGM’s equivalent

Nice If You Have:

• Experience as Colonel O-5 or above

• Experience serving on division or corps level staff positions

• Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Master's degree

• Graduate of MEL 1 War College or equivalent

• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
