C4 Interoperability Security Cooperation Planner

Our team is seeking an expert security cooperation interoperability specialist with an appreciation for defense modernization and technical interoperability to work unique international projects in Europe. In this role you will develop and execute roadmaps that improve interoperability with militaries from a portfolio of countries. You’ll coordinate with partners and allies to help identify solutions to interoperability challenges. You’ll use your collaboration skills as you coordinate with stakeholders across multiple staffs and the Department of Defense acquisition community. You’ll be challenged to modernize and build capabilities with European partners and Allies and assure communications information systems are available to commanders when and where they are needed. You’ll quickly become the subject matter expert for your portfolio of countries and their projects to improve interoperability with U.S. forces.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in US military command, control, communications, and computers or supporting network-enabled warfighting
• 3+ years of experience in security cooperation
• 3+ years of experience on Joint, Combatant Command, or Component Command staff
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders including executives, technical, and non-technical members
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with US military program executive offices or the Defense Security Cooperation Agency
• Experience with a critical agency’s command and control structure
• Experience in the European theater
• Knowledge of combined and joint all domain command and control strategy
• Ability to read or design network architectures
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Master’s degree
• Project Management Professional, PRINCE2, or Agile certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
