Technical Support Travel Coordinator:

That’s why we need you, a business process specialist who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the steps to improve their process.

As the Technical Support Travel Coordinator on our team, you’ll provide administrative and logistical support using the Defense Travel System to ensure personnel travel for Warfighter Exercises (WFX) and other training events.

What You'll Work On:

• Prepare and process official travel orders in DTS or via DD Form 1610.

• Coordinate and adjust travel orders based on training unit requirements.

• Manage lodging reservations and confirm availability through DTS or manual coordination.

• Adjust Government Travel Charge Card credit limits to meet mission needs.

• Process off-post travel orders covering lodging, meals, and incidentals.

• Provide reach-back support to deployed staff during exercises.

• Collaborate with external agencies to integrate travel requirements into exercise planning.

• Arrange domestic and international travel for civilian contractors.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a travel process specialist

• Knowledge of Microsoft office

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
