Cybersecurity Program Manager:

The Opportunity:

Leverage your technical and operational understanding of cybersecurity to lead a team in creating and applying solutions aligned to a national security customer's mission. Apply leadership, collaborate, communicate, and drive overall cross-functional team delivery. Use your cybersecurity expertise to secure enterprise systems, improve processes, increase automation, and advance implementation of new technologies. Work with peers and leaders to innovate, mentor, and grow the business.

You Have:

• 10 years of experience applying cybersecurity principles and practices
• 5 years of experience managing cybersecurity contracts for the Intelligence Community
• 5 years of experience leading cybersecurity teams of more than 20 people
• Experience with risk management framework implementation, compliance, and processes within the IC
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED
• Project Management Professional Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with customer systems and tools
• Experience with assessment and authorization processes
• Experience with Jira and Share Point
• Possession of excellent communication and executive skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Cybersecurity Certifications

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
