Industrial Security Specialist:

The Opportunity:

Perform a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of company and government-sensitive and classified information. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide the activities of more junior employees.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial security
• Experience as a CSSO or A/CSSO
• Experience in database functions, including DISS, eQIP, or People Soft
• Knowledge of the NISPOM Rule, DCIDs or ICDs, SCI, COMSEC, and government security directives
• Knowledge of clearance processing, doc control, physical security, including closed areas and SCIFs, Automated Information System security, and SATE
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED
• Completion of the DSS Academy FSO Course or CSSO Training

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of security disciplines such as information, physical, and COMSEC, and their relationship to PERSEC
• Ability to effectively communicate information to various audiences
• Ability to work in a team
• Possession of excellent organizational skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Completion of DSS, Personnel Security Management, and Introduction to Do

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
