Business & Office Management Intern:
The Opportunity:
Analyze Human Performance programs, processes, and workforce data to uncover insights and identify opportunities for improvement. Support key Human performance initiatives across people analytics, leadership development, onboarding, culture activation, and organizational effectiveness. Conduct research, gather feedback, and engage with stakeholders to understand Human performance needs. Develop clear, data‑informed recommendations and deliver tools, frameworks, or solutions that enhance Human performance impact. Assist with planning and executing high‑priority Human performance projects. Bring fresh thinking, curiosity, and a user‑centric mindset to redesign processes and explore new approaches to talent and organizational development. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
You Have:

Experience working on a team within a professional environment

Experience with program support, campus leadership, or research

Ability to learn how to confidently engage with core technology concepts shaping business

Ability to bring creative, analytical, and systems-thinking perspectives

Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology by May 2029

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $36,000.00 to $74,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
