Site Reliability Engineer:

As a site reliability engineer on our team, you’ll lead the development of more robust systems for the Intelligence Community by building a resilient infrastructure. You’ll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You’ll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair. This is your chance to leverage your expertise in multi- and hybrid-cloud virtual architectures while supporting your team of engineers and acting as a subject matter expert for your clients.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with administration of Windows and Linux servers and operating systems
• Experience with software languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript
• Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation such as SOPs, design artifacts, troubleshooting procedures, or run books
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud services and infrastructure
• Experience with VMWare, Cisco, and Citrix
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, and DevOps processes
• Bachelor's degree
• AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS Cloud Ops, or RHEL certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
