Special Security Officer Specialist:

The Opportunity:

Process and maintain company and government inspectable records and procedures for employees to obtain and maintain government security clearances or positions of trust. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience performing personnel security functions working in a Special Security Office as a National Security Adjudicator, Background Investigator, or Security Manager

• 3+ years of experience in personnel security support in programs and contracts

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a Criminal Justice field

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
