As a Systems Engineering Process Integrator on our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues and the military to develop and deploy the next generation of Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) systems capabilities to deliver critical information to our warfighters to quickly win or even prevent future wars. Your client will trust you to develop technical assessments, integration plans, verification plans, and digital mission and system models for satellite systems. You will grow your skills by researching new requirements, technologies, and threats and using innovative engineering methodologies and tools to create tomorrow’s solutions.

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience performing systems engineering for space programs

• Experience directly supporting Space Systems Command

• Experience with Space Systems Command programs

• Ability to manage the tasking and integration of a small team of program schedulers

• Ability to quickly learn, analyze, and implement systems engineering processes across the enterprise

• Ability to handle high-speed and challenging work environments

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of Missile Warning and OPIR

• Possession of excellent leadership skills

• Possession of excellent communication skills

• TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
