Power Platform Developer and Business Analyst, Senior

As an IT business analyst, you’ll develop leading-edge Power Apps Applications and Power BI Visualizations, partnering with your team of developers and business analysts. You’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to our Army client.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Share Point environments as a Site Collection Administrator, including permissions management and content management

• Experience working with Power Platform development

• Experience with basic programming logic and design, programming languages, web development technologies, and web development tools

• Experience with process improvement, quality assurance, training development, workflows, web parts, and Share Point site maintenance

• Experience creating and testing modules and components for compliance with design specifications

• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain the operation of the application code

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED and 15+ years of experience in business analytics, Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business analytics, or Master's degree and 5+ years of experience in business analytics

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Power BI

• Experience with SQL, Python, C#, JavaScript, React, Angular, NodeJS, PHP, or MVC

• Experience with Microsoft products such as Microsoft SQL Server or Dataverse, or other relational Database Systems (DBMS)

• Knowledge of DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous deployment

• Ability to develop detailed program specifications and programs for software components

• Scrum Master Certification

• CompTIA Security+ Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
