The Boeing Company is currently seeking Flight Software Engineers (Associate / Experienced / Senior) to support our Flight Software Team located in El Segundo, CA.

In this role, the individual will lead a team with design, implementation, and test of flight software with a focus on leadership, quality, earned value, and development of new capabilities for current and future satellite programs.

The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at El Segundo, CABasic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):This position requires the ability to obtain a SECRET US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

Ability to obtain Interim-SECRET US Security clearance Pre-Start and Final-SECRET US Security clearance Post-Start2+ or more years of experience designing and developing software for a real-time or non-real-time system3+ years of experience in software development using languages such as C, C++, Java, Rust, or Python Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Level 3: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Level: 4: 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science Experience with the full software development lifecycle that includes requirements analysis through Formal Qualification Experience using team collaboration tools including GitLab, Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence Experience in embedded real-time software development Experience with Wireshark or other network analysis tools and Debuggers Experience automating software builds, unit tests, and integration tests using a DevOps tool chain Travel:

Summary Pay Range / Associate: $93,000 – $125,00
Summary Pay Range / Experienced: $115,000 - $155,000
Summary Pay Range / Senior: $137,000 – $185,000
