Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA),**Electrical Systems Responsibility Center **is seeking **First-Line Manufacturing Managers **(Level K) to join our 777X CI&R team in Everett, Washington, on2nd shift.
Position Responsibilities:
-
Leads by demonstrating and holding all accountable to the Boeing Values and Behaviors
-
Leads by promoting employee engagement and builds on organizational culture that fosters safety and quality performance, improves employee satisfaction and retains a skilled and motivated workforce
-
Leads employees performing activities incorporating change into electrical assemblies and wire bundles
-
Develops and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners across shifts
-
Develop and maintains relationships with direct reports and supports their growth
-
Understanding of electrical build processes
-
Understanding of change implementation on electrical commodities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
-
3 years of experience in manufacturing environment
-
3 years of experience leading or managing others
-
Ability to work 2nd shift, including weekends and overtime
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
-
3 Years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment with Electrical Process Assembly Knowledge
-
3 Years of experience navigating BAC Specifications and Documents
-
1 years of experience with Quality Management System and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
-
1 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Summary Pay Range: $119,000 - $145,000
