Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent to join our Government Training team in Hazelwood, MO.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior Level 4 and Senior Level 5 Procurement Agents.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies to support customer requirements.

  • Develops and executes company strategic business goals and objectives.

  • Consults on proposal analyses and development of negotiation strategies.

  • Formalizes procurement requirements with customers and leads the supplier negotiation process.

  • Prepares and executes negotiated documents.

  • Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Manages contract terminations.

  • Develops organization and company improvement plans.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of experience with procurement in a defense and/or government environment

  • 3 years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools

  • 3 years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Strategic Agreements

  • Experience with Teaming Agreements

Summary pay range (Senior Level 4): $110,500.00 - $149,500.00

Summary pay range (Senior Level 5): $138,550.00 - $187,450.00
