The Control Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of control systems for advanced robotic automation projects.

This role emphasizes PLC programming, robotic integration, and industrial control system design, including electrical schematics and control panel builds.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience designing, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting complex automated systems in manufacturing or process environments.

Our team is currently hiring for a level 5.Position Responsibilities: System Design & Development Design, program, and integrate PLC-based control systems for robotic and automated machinery Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and I/O documentation Design and oversee the build of control panels, ensuring compliance with relevant electrical and safety standards Specify and configure hardware components such as PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, sensors, and safety devicesPLC & HMI Programming Develop structured and well-documented PLC code using IEC 61131-3 standard programming languages (Ladder Diagram, Structured Text,

Function: Block Diagram, Sequential

Function: Chart, and Instruction List)Program using major PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley (Rockwell), Siemens, Beckhoff, or Mitsubishi Design and program HMI/SCADA systems for intuitive operation, diagnostics, and data visualization.

Summary pay range:

Level: 5: $165,750 - $243,750Millennium is DDTC-registered, ITAR-compliant Company.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
