The UK C-17 International Training Centre (ITC) in Farnborough, provides both aircrew and maintainer training to a wide range of international operators of the C-17 platform.We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process and Support Analyst to join a highly regarded team, servicing the C-17 Synthetic Training Service (STS) contract, based at the C-17 International Training Centre in Farnborough.

Responsibilities to support the delivery and programme teams include, but are not limited to:Collating and Analysing training delivery data Producing and managing reports Supporting customer meetings Supplier engagement, including chairing meetings as applicable.

Collating customer feedback and evaluating the data through collaboration with the delivery team.

Implementing Continuous improvement and adopting best practice Quality assurance Promoting Health and Safety within the workplace.
