This role is at Spirit Aero Systems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit’s Commercial Business Units (“Spirit Commercial”).

Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing’s three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades.

Spirit Commercial’s core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions.

Position Responsibilities:Facilitate team members’ audits of policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with program/contract, company, customer/government, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements.

Conduct cross-functional research and benchmark compliance standards.

Conduct quality system / process reviews, provide customer interface, and ensure preventive and corrective action.

Develop or utilize statistical process improvement methods.

Provide compliance guidance to company employees, customers, and regulatory agencies.

Ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements to assure quality management system compliance.

Provide education and coaching on the Quality Management System.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $85,850 - $131,600 Kansas Tax Credit: Join Spirit Aero Systems’ Kansas team and you may be eligible for a $5,000 state of Kansas Aviation tax credit for up to five years.
