Position Responsibilities: - Lead a high-performing team and mid-level managers to deliver a multi‑billion construction program for the Central Puget Sound - Create and execute integrated plans, policies, and strategies for large–to–medium construction projects - Secure and allocate resources, manages suppliers, and drives process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity - Influence, build and sustain stakeholder, partner, and team relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration - Oversee and approve technical approaches, products, and processes while supporting source selection, budgeting, and scheduling to optimize outcomes - Manage, develop, and motivate a diverse project management team, promoting excellence and continuous improvement - Ability to travel domestically up to 10% Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - 10+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders - 10+ years of experience in project management or construction management - 10+ years of experience leading or managing large or complex teams of managers and/or non-management employees - 5+ years of experience working with and developing a Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) - 5+ years of experience in financial acumen - 5+ years of experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, suppliers) in planning and executing projects or transactions - 10% domestic travel Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, construction management, facilities, architecture, business management or related field - PMP Certification - Experience with Data analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau or similar) - Experience with construction software (Procore or similar) Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
