Boeing Distribution Inc (BDI) has an opening for Aircraft Wheel & Brake Coordinator. As an The Aircraft Wheel & Brake Coordinator supports the repair station by managing critical administrative, procurement, and customer-facing tasks. By handling the operational workflow, this role allows our maintenance technicians to remain focused on production and safety. You will serve as the primary link between customers, shop floor technicians, and parts procurement.

Position Responsibilities

  • Open, track, and close repair station work orders efficiently to maintain proper production flow.

  • Create accurate service quotes based on inspection data and transmit them to customers in a timely manner.

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing status updates and answering inquiries professionally.

  • Ensure materials and parts are readily available by purchasing, transferring, and stocking inventory.

  • Coordinate the new Part Set-up process within the inventory system to keep records updated.

  • Assist quality assurance personnel with internal and external audits to ensure regulatory alignment.

  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as required to maintain the efficiency of the shop office.

  • Aviation Maintenance (FAA Part 145 Repair Station)

Basic Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SAP or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Software Skills: Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using SAP or similar aviation management ERP software.

  • Background working in an aviation maintenance, repair station, or aerospace parts distribution environment.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.Export Control Requirements:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range level B: $39,000 - $55,000

Summary pay range level C: $45,000 - $63,000
