Boeing Commercial Airlines(BCA)is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join Final Assembly Compliance team based out of Renton, Washington on1st Shift.
The 737 program is bolstering its compliance team in the Renton Final Assembly and Wings. We are looking for several self-motivated employees to build out this team and ensure our factory-wide compliance is at optimal levels at all times. In this position, you will perform compliance auditing, compile results, and present findings to leadership. You will also organize and participate in improvement projects as a result of your findings. Position Responsibilities:
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Analyzes and interprets data
- Provides feedback on assessment results
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
- Works under general direction
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work in Renton, WA.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience with data analysis
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Project Management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work 2nd shift, as required by this position
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $96,000 - $131,100.
