**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)**is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Compliance Leader (Level L)to lead parts of Boeing Commercial Airplane's737 Manufacturing Compliance team in Renton, Washington.
A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety.
Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees and first-level managers performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns

Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
-
5+ years of experience in an Aerospace, Fabrication or Manufacturing environment
-
3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives and projects to meet business objectives and influence change

3+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment
-
3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives
-
Ability to work any shift including weekends and overtime
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
-
3+ years of experience in coaching, guiding and mentoring teams
-
3+ years of experience using Quality Management System (QMS) and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
-
3+ years of experience of performing data analysis

3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

3+ years of experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, compliance, quality and cost

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $161,100- $196,900
