  • Partner with Finance to align operational data with financial reporting.

Operational & Scenario Analysis

  • Perform trend analysis and identify constraints, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Support scenario and “what-if” analysis related to demand changes, capacity constraints, and cost impacts.

  • Provide data support for recovery plans, prioritization decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership to support execution and planning.

  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.

  • Act as a central point of contact for manufacturing data questions and analysis.

  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, routings, and work center execution.

  • Working knowledge of manufacturing cost structures and drivers.

Professional Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in an aerospace or regulated manufacturing environment (AS9100 awareness).

  • Exposure to APS tools, MES systems, or capacity modeling.

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement metrics.

  • Experience with data automation or scripting (e.g., Python).

  • Experience supporting leadership decision-making with analytics.
