We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Fellow, Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. This role is located in London.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Lead by example in system design, code quality and agile development to engineer scalable and 
  • performant solutions across the full software lifecycle
  • Leverage AI to its full capability to accelerate innovation and solution delivery and promote a culture of 
  • AI lead development
  • Collaborate in small cross functional agile teams of talented individuals comprising of skilled product 
  • managers, traders, sales teams and fellow technologists all of whom put the client at the heart of 
  • everything they do
  • Drive continuous improvement within the team - we value relentless curiosity and a growth mindset
  • Work with Product Managers to devise and deliver new innovative FX products
  • Provide mentorship and guidance across the team, fostering professional growth and technical development

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Extensive years of experience in development
  • Batchelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar field 
  • Experience in building mission critical systems, ideally in financial institutions
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment 
  • A results driven personality 
  • A passion for changing the status quo, driving out of the box thinking. Ability to adapt and lead through 
  • Change
  • Prior experience of Front office trading systems
  • Low latency trading experience
  • Co-location Infrastructure knowledge 
  • Experience working with high performance messaging systems
  • Hands on development with FIX APIs
