We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Sales & Distribution Senior Specialist to join the BNY Investments team. This role is located in Hong Kong.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Support the Liquidity and Taiwan distribution heads with day‑to‑day sales activity and client follow‑ups.

• Maintain CRM records, sales trackers, and reporting dashboards.

• Prepare client materials, presentations, meeting notes, and RFI/RFP responses.

• Research prospects, client needs, and market activity, with a focus on liquidity and Taiwan.

• Help with pricing, proposals and deal preparation alongside product, legal, risk and other partners.

• Coordinate with operations, onboarding, service, marketing, legal and compliance on client actions and regional projects.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Around 3–5 years in financial services; sales support, client-facing roles, capital markets or product roles are useful.

• Familiarity with liquidity or cash products and/or the Taiwan market is helpful.

• Strong organisation and project management habits; comfortable handling several tasks at once.

• Confident user of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, Bloomberg and Morningstar.

• Clear written and spoken communication; English required, Cantonese or Mandarin a plus.

• Holds, or can obtain, relevant Hong Kong licences (e.g., SFC Type 1, 4, 9).
