Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support (Service Management)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Production Services Infrastructure Support to join our TSG, Network Services team. This role is in Lake Marry, FL or Pittsburgh PA
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Govern application lifecycle: intake, deployment, configuration, and change management aligned to ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Service Management).
- Define, standardize, and maintain the Network Services catalog (services, SKUs, SLAs/OLAs, dependencies, chargeback, onboarding/offboarding flows).
- Implement lifecycle governance for services: introduce, modify, deprecate, and retire with clear change controls and communications
- Measure consumption, performance; drive continuous improvement and catalogue rationalization. Collaborate with Security, Risk and Infrastructure teams to reduce Time to Remediate and improve compliance posture
- Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Solutions and Operations for strategy, Standards, releases and compliance. Own commercial relationships with key network vendors and MSPs
- Facilitate enforcement of SLAs, QBRs, Service Reviews & Improvement, and track financials for cost optimization. Champion process automation, standardization and self-service to reduce toil and improve reliability and speedier delivery of services
- End-to-end application management and compliance assurance across enterprise environments. Own the lifecycle of application/infrastructure delivery and security controls, aligning to ITIL practices and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with platform, security, and audit teams to design, operate, and continuously improve controls that protect applications, facilitate remediation of vulnerabilities, and maintain evidence for compliance.
- Maintain audit readiness: control documentation, evidence collection, periodic reviews, and remediation of findings. Drive observability: implement health/availability/performance monitoring; refine alerting to reduce noise and speed response.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Professional certifications in relevant technologies or infrastructure management are preferred. **EXPERIENCE: ** Typically 6-10 years of experience. 7-9 years of experience in campus network routing and switching required.
- Strong foundation in ITIL processes, application management and Service Management. Working knowledge of vulnerability management and audit/compliance workflows.
- Compliance & Vulnerability: CVE/CVSS frameworks; common scanners (e.g., vulnerability scanning tools); ticketing/ITSM platforms aligned to ITIL.
- Observability & Logging: SIEM/log analytics, performance monitoring, configuration baselines and drift detection. Automation understanding/awareness: scripting (e.g., Python), configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible) to standardize and enforce controls will be an added advantage. Ability to collaborate across infrastructure, security, and application teams; clear communication and ownership mindset.
