Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting Representative

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting Representative to join our Fund Accounting Team. The area of business focuses on preparing and calculating accurate Net Asset Values (NAVs) across all funds in accordance with BNY standard operating procedures, providing services to all clients and ensuring that client concerns/requests are addressed as soon as possible and within an agreed timetable. This role is located in Wrocław.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Preparing and processing daily, weekly, and monthly NAV calculations in line with established procedures
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all assigned fund accounting activities
• Performing routine controls and checks to support data quality and operational integrity
• Responding to client queries and requests within agreed timelines with support
• Assisting with audit requests
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and knowledge sharing
• Actively learning fund accounting processes, systems, and controls, and applying feedback to continuously improve performance

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Interest in the world of finance
• Very good English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Being well organized at work
• Analytical skills
• Sense of responsibility for your tasks, timeliness and reliability
• Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the company
• Curiosity around or experience with data, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI enabled tools), with an interest in learning how technology can support fund accounting processes, reporting, and controls.
