POSITION SUMMARY: The Specialist, Shareholder Services Representative plays a pivotal role in the Transaction Processing function, specifically within the Transaction Processing job family.

This position is responsible for ensuring seamless execution and management of shareholder services transactions.

• By leveraging expertise in transaction processing, the Specialist contributes to the organization's strategic pillars by enhancing service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Execute and oversee shareholder services transactions by applying detailed knowledge of transaction processing systems and protocols.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in transaction processing by adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize transaction workflows and improve service delivery.
• Provide exceptional client service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shareholder transactions.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
