About the role

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Processing Team Lead to join our GSS Enablement team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Leading daily operations for triparty collateral, trade, liquidity, and settlement workflows
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and primary dealers on complex issues, including breaks, collateral shortfalls, pledges, releases, wire exceptions
  • Directing reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution across multiple accounts and workflows
  • Partnering with Technology, Risk, Product, and Client Service to fix root causes, not just symptoms
  • Setting team priorities and keeping delivery on track against cutoffs and client commitments
  • Building the team's capability through training, onboarding, and hands-on knowledge transfer
  • Leading with a control mindset that sets the standard for the group, not just your own work
  • Keeping procedures, control documentation, and audit readiness current and defensible
  • Identifying and driving automation, workflow redesign, and AI-enabled improvements
  • Representing the team in testing and rollout of system and process enhancements

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Associates degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 7 plus years in client processing, triparty collateral, repo, securities operations, or related financial services roles
  • Experience leading daily workflow and developing team performance, including supervisory review
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the judgment to resolve exceptions fast and correctly
  • A genuine risk and control discipline, documentation and deadlines aren't an afterthought
  • Clear communication skills, tested in front of clients and internal stakeholders alike

Preferred qualifications:

  • Back-office operations experience within financial services
  • Working knowledge of US triparty repo mechanics and treasury clearing processes
  • Exposure to industry change, such as UST central clearing, 24x7 market initiatives, or similar transformation work
  • Experience with automation, workflow optimization, or AI-enabled process improvement
  • Familiarity with reporting/data tools (e.g., Power BI) used to monitor operational performance
  • Solid understanding of regulatory expectations and operational controls
