We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Business Technology Liaison II to join our Loans Enablement Operations team. This role is located in Houston, TX.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Participate in the development of functional or operational requirements.

  • Test and train users on applications with guidance from more experienced colleagues.

  • Interface with all areas of IT on behalf of the business to resolve IT matters and improve business processes.

  • Support process improvement reviews and summarize business issues and client feedback for team review.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.

  • Technical experience preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements and BNY Mellon corporate policies involving risk and control.
