We’re seeking a team member for the role of Senior Associate, Control Hub to join the Strategic Testing Group. This role is located in Pittsburgh, USA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

•            Responsible for leading the deployment of enhancements within ServiceNow on behalf of the Strategic Testing Group, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, prioritisation with the business analyst, and overseeing testing of new features.

•            Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency by leveraging technology and process optimization strategies.

•            Lead the rollout and documentation of key initiatives ensuring engagement with key stakeholders.

•            Collaborate with the wider team to identify and propose enhancements or new initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

•            Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.

•            Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience.

•            Expertise in leveraging technology to drive process improvements and operational efficiency, with advanced skills in Alteryx, Power BI, and UiPath preferred. 

•            Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•            Proficiency in understanding, interpreting, and analysing data from a various sources.

•            Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
