Over-The-Counter Derivative Pricing Specialist:

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Over-The-Counter Derivative Pricing Specialist to join our OTC Derivative Valuations team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Oversee the day-to-day workflows of the OTC Pricing Dublin Team.
- Review daily and monthly OTC asset pricing – ensuring team members complete tasks as per agreed guidelines and procedures. Apply problem-solving skills to ensure valuation breaks/pricing exceptions are accurately resolved and outstanding issues addressed.
- Assist with issues experienced by team members on pricing matters and handle internal team/external client queries.
- Act as a primary contact for the OTC Valuations team when dealing with internal/external stakeholders to test new assets and launch new clients and portfolios.
- Ensure the integrity of the security master data on the OTC database by reviewing and approving the security master records completed by analysts.
- Collaborate with colleagues and offer new perspectives to achieve team goals.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency while eliminating risk.
- Provide training on the theoretical and technical nature of all OTC securities to team members.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Experience in the funds industry, preferably in a quantitative finance/pricing role.
- Prior experience mentoring or reviewing the work of other team members is preferable but not essential.
- A working knowledge of OTC instruments is preferable.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Dependability, flexibility, and the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills.
