We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our Fund and Investor Services Team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead development of new business through a portfolio of existing client relationships and/or new prospects, focusing on revenue growth by deepening and expanding existing relationships and cultivating new business.
- Oversee maintenance of the tracking database and assist in creating and maintaining divisional reports and client presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (client service, operations, marketing, legal, compliance) to ensure all risk management and compliance activities related to business development and account management are conducted and documented.
- Support the full sales lifecycle including account planning, sales hygiene, client feedback, and cross-product solution ideation to meet client needs and achieve firm objectives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of total work experience preferred, ideally within Financial Services with exposure to client types or products such as Hedge or Pension funds.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, Sales Support, Global Capital Markets, or Product Management is preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
- Strong understanding of the relevant marketplace, competitive landscape, and industry drivers in the region.
- Bi-lingual capabilities and an understanding of local/cultural nuances are helpful to build client trust.
- No direct people leadership responsibilities.
