We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst – Fund Administration to join our Luxembourg Fund Accounting Oversight team. This role is located in 2-4 rue Eugene Ruppert, Luxembourg.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Ensure the net asset value oversight review of all funds are performed on a timely basis in accordance with BNY standard or client specific procedures and timetables, with zero error tolerance.
  • Ensure the NAVs are accurately communicated to the relevant parties according to the client specific agreed procedures.
  • Ensure that Luxembourg regulatory reporting is performed within deadlines.
  • Ensure the timely payment of fund expenses.
  • Provide non-daily services/reporting to all clients.
  • Ensure client concerns/requests are addressed as soon as possible and within an agreed timetable.
  • Communicate any significant operational issues that arise to Manager.
  • Ensure BNY standard procedures and controls are being adhered to on a daily basis.
  • General Partner accounting preparation.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 
  • Good working knowledge of Lux GAAP, IFRS, INREV reporting guidelines.
  • Minimum 2 years of total work experience preferred; Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Geneva, Yardi, or Investran accounting platforms
  • Fluency in English required, plus any other language (French/German) would be considered an advantage.
