About the role
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support Wealth Management Tax and front‑office team members with tax-related inquiries and day‑to‑day tax processing needs
- Process tax payments and refund checks, and submit payments to various taxing authorities in a timely and controlled manner
- Accurately sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing income mail, ensuring proper handling, packaging, and addressing
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain alignment and accuracy across tax-related processes
- Manage risk by ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within tax reporting and operations
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in tax reporting or compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis.
