We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our Assets Servicing, Sub accounting team. This role is in
Pittsburgh- PA (4 days in office required).In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Provides application support for moderately and highly complex applications and their operating environment.
-
Provides incident management and problem management service for production related incidents.
-
Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicate to management throughout the incident lifecycle.
-
Performs complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert in one or more applications.
-
Leads root cause analysis and problem management for complex problems to address underlying technical issues.
-
Production readiness reviews for new releases and validate the supportability of changes prior to introduction into production.
-
Works to ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup. Monitors changes to applications and their operating environment.

Experience in application deployment / release activities.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 4-6 years of experience in applications support or production environment required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
-
Exclusively worked on UNIX/Linux operating systems
-
Database knowledge with strong SQL skills like Oracle, Sql Server, etc
-
Hands-on experience in scripting or programming languages like Python, Perl, Shell scripting, etc
-
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab
-
Monitoring tools like App Dynamics, Prometheus, Splunk, Cloud Probes & Moog or equivalent
-
Experience automating deployments and other repetitive tasks. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Proficiency in using the JIRA, Confluence, production support
-
Experience in vulnerabilities management.
