Investor Services Operations – Transfer Agency Specialist

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Investor Services Operations – Transfer Agency Specialist to join our Alternatives Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Oversight for daily dealing cycles and investor lifecycle (onboarding coordination, subs/reds, register updates), with a client-obsessed focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Own workflow management and capacity planning; deliver to SLAs and cut-offs; Own It on escalations and remediation.
  • Review/sign-off core outputs; ensure data integrity across TA platforms, reinforcing a strong control mindset.
  • Coordinate with AML/KYC for investor due diligence (policy and exceptions), balancing risk control with client experience.
  • Coordinate with FATCA/CRS Teams for data and reporting obligations; maintain complete, accurate records and timely submissions.
  • Interface with Client Service for escalations and service reviews; anticipate client needs and spark progress through insights and feedback loops.
  • Oversee cash flow handoffs and reconciliations with custodians/administrators; ensure smooth operations and clear accountability.
  • Administer fund/share-class terms and events per prospectus and governing docs, including corporate actions and fee changes.
  • Drive process simplification and automation (workflow tools, relevant AI use cases), staying curious about new ways to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Partner with Product/Technology on enhancements; define requirements, lead UAT testing, and measure impact to run our company better.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience in transfer agency operations preferred.
