We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist to join our Cash and Payments Team within UK Trustee & Depositary. This role is located in Edinburgh.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Perform reconciliations and verify exceptions, log, track, and support timely resolution.

• Ownership and management of internal and external queries.

• Execute routine oversight checks on fund against documented procedures and control frameworks.

• Collaborate across locations ensuring timely and accurate completion of end-to-end processes.

• Support change initiatives, including regulatory changes, new fund launches, client onboarding and other fund changes.

• Identify opportunities to streamline or automate controls and workflows; contribute to change initiatives and testing.

• Engage in ongoing learning aligned to BNY’s principles and team standards.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Experience within Trustee and Depositary, Fund Administration or Asset Servicing

• Knowledge of FCA, CASS UCITS and AIFMD regulatory requirements

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through exceptions logically

• Awareness and understanding of control frameworks

• Good communication skills
