We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Driving the development of key products and solutions with significant impact.
- Serving as a thought leader and expert within the product management team and across the organization.
- Collaborating closely with other product managers, Operations, Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy.
- Influencing product direction at a strategic level, often working on products that are critical to the business or are highly innovative.
- Translating user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for your team; maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
- Owning the operating model and communications related to your product(s) end-to-end.
- Ensuring that AI is utilized appropriately within your team.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
- 8-10+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
- Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including writing well-defined stories and acceptance criteria, and being able to provide daily direction to an agile team.
- Prior experience working in the financial services industry, specifically prior knowledge of the Custody business and/or institutional banking preferred.
