We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service I to join our Wealth Management team. This role can be based in either Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Work directly with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and guide them to the appropriate resources within BNY.

  • Support clients by addressing operational and technical questions or issues, ensuring timely and accurate execution of requests.

  • Apply problem-solving skills using precedence and experience to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.

  • Provide clients with information about BNYproducts and services across a limited number of lines of business and geographies, directing them to the right resources as needed.

  • Monitor client inquiries and escalate non-routine or complex issues to the appropriate team members.

  • Track and document general client issues and needs to support business development efforts.

  • Participate in internal initiatives aimed at improving the overall client experience.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.

  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams.
