We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our team . This role is located in Chennai.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to elevate team capabilities.
  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve development processes and product quality.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms
  • Expertise in database design and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automated testing and test-driven development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects efficiently.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Node JS, WebSocket, Hazel cast, JMS MQ, JPA for distributed service based architecture, understanding of Gitlab, Docker, bootstrap, bower, grunt and related development/deployment tools.
  • Exposure to asynchronous programming and web sockets.
