Middle Office / Trade Management Opportunities

**The Trade Management Team (Middle Office)**is responsible for various fund administration processes, including reconciling client portfolios, investigating discrepancies, processing cash wires, setting up financial instruments in the system, booking transactions, and more. This dynamic team works closely with clients, brokers, and custodians. It acts as an intermediary between different parties, providing an excellent opportunity to stay informed about financial market events.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Perform trade matching, reconciliation, settlement monitoring, data review

  • Review and validate cash instructions,

  • Prepare reports, validate data and investigate any discrepancies,

  • Perform process controls,

  • Provide support to other team members on their tasks and improvement projects,

  • Coordinate process improvements.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, science or similar,

  • 0-5 years of relevant work experience,

  • Wide knowledge from Investment Banking/Prime Brokerage area, technical knowledge on trade lifecycle and how financial instruments works - both listed and unlisted,

  • Advanced Excel skills and an in-depth technical knowledge of VBA would be an advantage,

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team,

  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
