We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting II to join Real Estate Fund Accounting team in Alternative Operations. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.

Team overview:

Team provides a full range of accounting & administrative services to support client real estate funds, including NAV calculation, accounts payables accounting, Bank reconciliation, Month end close and results reporting, cooperation with auditors, ensuring that NAV packs for real estate clients are prepared in line with company policy and procedure.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Being main point of contact / responsibility for allocated real estate fund
• Compute NAV for daily & monthly real estate funds
• Provide accounting service for real estate funds, including but not limited to bank reconciliations, forecast preparation, accounts payable accounting, fixed assets accounting: sale, purchase, valuation of fixed assets
• Prepare reporting on fund performance
• Propose and lunch automatization initiatives
• Cooperation with external auditors

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Fluency in English
• German will be an advantage
• An interest in a career in financial services
• Finance university background or similar field will be an advantage; however, we equally welcome graduates of all degrees
• Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines
• PC literacy, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
